In the past few months it has become ever present in my life that personal development is key to any relationship, career, organization,work experience, marketing strategy, business plan or anything else we decide to do.
It is this crucial element that allows us to walk into a seminar and actually "hear" it. Or to speak to a friend, relative or associate and "listen" to them. So many times our own issues cloud what we hear, how we speak and how we interact in our own lives.
Personal Development is about being the best "YOU" that "You" can be. It is about understanding who we are as mothers, wives, fathers, brothers, sisters and everything else. I have found that it is almost impossible to love anyone else until you learn to love and embrace yourself. I am not saying that we have to be happy with every aspect of ourselves but we must love who we are first and then we make the changes we want to make to ourselves.
